- All parcels will be processed through Easy Parcel and delivered through their appointed delivery courier company.

- The weight of the parcel will be determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever higher. 

- Self-Pick Up is also available and is usually ready in 24 hours. Pickup location is at 9M, Jalan SS2/67, 47300 Petaling Jaya. You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is ready for pick up. Please present the confirmation email for verification during collection.
