Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, there will be NO refund if you have purchased the wrong item or you are not satisfied with the products that you purchase.
You can contact us at email@example.com if you need to initiate a return (for defective, damaged or items received wrongly only). All items have to be returned to our physical retail store at 9M, Jalan SS2/67, 47300, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
If you need to initiate a return, please make sure that: -
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any complimentary item such as accessories that comes with the item must be returned to us. (e.g., if the racket comes with a cover, then the racket cover must also be returned to us)
- All product tags must still be attached to the item.
- We reserve the rights to reject any returns.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. It will take up to 14 working days for us to inspect the issue. Once the return is accepted, we will send you a replacement immediately. If we have insufficient stock or the product has been discontinued, we will replace you with a similar product.
